Our Team.

Ruchika Kumar has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, providing advice and counsel on biotech/pharmaceutical regulation and compliance, digital health, market access, privacy, and clinical trial innovation. Prior to joining N-Power Medicine (a venture-capital-backed startup) as General Counsel and Head of People, Ruchika spent 17 years at Genentech-Roche as Associate General Counsel. In addition to Reboot Rx, she serves on the boards of Muso Health and OpenBiome, healthcare not-for-profits that focus on serving the needs of patients.

Ruchika has an undergraduate degree in Mathematical Statistics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Delhi, and she then received her Master of Laws from University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of New York and the State Bar of California.
