Pradeep is passionate about reimagining the future of healthcare, with particular interest in cancer treatment innovations. He currently serves as the Head of Portfolio Management for Sanofi's US Digital Healthcare organization, responsible for defining long term strategy, evaluating & managing partnerships, and ensuring performance against clear objectives. 

Until 2022, as the Co-founder & COO/CTO of Reboot Rx, Pradeep led data science, technology, and product strategy. His previous experience includes managing product development at startups and leading M&A diligence, digital strategy, and global technology transformations for Fortune 500 companies as a management consultant at Deloitte. Pradeep holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Biomedical Informatics from Harvard Medical School.
