Cynthia Ray, MS, MBA

Cynthia Ray is the Vice President of Clinician & Patient Impact at Reboot Rx, where she leads national initiatives to educate clinicians and patients about affordable, evidence-based cancer treatments derived from repurposed generic drugs. Since joining Reboot Rx in 2025, she has drawn on her extensive background in diagnostics, biotechnology, and health-technology commercialization to advance clinician and patient engagement.

Throughout her career, Cynthia has held senior leadership roles at Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Celgene, and Pharmacia. She has contributed to the launch of industry-defining products, including Quest Direct™ and the TECNIS IOL, demonstrating a strong track record of translating scientific innovation into clinical adoption.

Cynthia holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and a Master’s degree in Biology with concentrations in cancer biology and immunology. She is deeply committed to health equity and believes that patients, regardless of background, should have access to proven, life-improving therapies. Her work at Reboot Rx reflects her lifelong commitment to bridging the gap between science, affordability, and patient well-being.
