Kathleen Berryman, MBA

Kathleen Berryman is the Manager of Business Operations at Reboot Rx, where she oversees cross-functional initiatives that strengthen internal operations and organizational effectiveness. Since joining Reboot Rx in 2025, she has focused on streamlining workflows, optimizing systems, and coordinating organization-wide processes to ensure the organization operates efficiently in support of its mission.

Prior to Reboot Rx, Kathleen led major initiatives at Cabells, where she developed a pioneering journal evaluation tool to identify deceptive publishing practices. This work supported a successful product launch and contributed to a 150% revenue increase over three years. She also shared her expertise at industry conferences and in leading scholarly news outlets.

Kathleen holds an MBA, graduating with honors, from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lamar University. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Medical Case Manager supporting individuals living with HIV and AIDS, where she saw firsthand how financial barriers limit access to care. This experience continues to shape her commitment to equity and operational excellence across healthcare systems.
