Phoebe Lee, PhD, MBA

Phoebe Lee is the Director of Pipeline Strategy at Reboot Rx, where she leads the strategic evaluation and advancement of evidence-based repurposed therapies for cancer. Since joining Reboot Rx in 2025, she has applied her background in research, strategy, and business development to oversee drug prioritization, collaborate with clinical and data science teams, and work with implementation partners to address unmet needs in cancer care.

Phoebe has shaped therapeutic development efforts in oncology and rare diseases, translating research evidence into patient impact. She has led cross-functional collaborations across academia, industry, and nonprofit organizations and is recognized for bridging scientific rigor with strategic execution.

Prior to Reboot Rx, Phoebe served as Director of Business Development at Fortress Biotech, partnering with advocacy groups and external stakeholders to advance drug repurposing initiatives. Previously, she was an Engagement Manager at Prescient Healthcare Group, leading competitive insights and strategic decision support for global pharmaceutical companies. She holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology from Duke University, an MBA from Villanova University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Cancer Institute. Phoebe is committed to expanding access to effective, affordable treatment options grounded in social justice and scientific inquiry.
