Sara Church, MBA

Sara Church is the Chief Operating Officer at Reboot Rx, where she leads organizational operations and strategy to accelerate the development of patient-focused solutions. Since joining Reboot Rx in 2025, she has drawn on her experience advancing therapies across oncology, autoimmune diseases, and neuroscience and her deep operational and commercialization expertise to improve access to innovative treatments.

Sara served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Commercialization at Sana Biotechnology, where she supported the development of cell and gene therapies. She has also held senior roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Doctor On Demand, Amgen, and Eli Lilly. Across these organizations, Sara built a strong foundation in marketing, commercialization, and organizational excellence, contributing to the advancement of complex therapeutic programs.

Sara holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. Motivated by a lifelong passion for improving patient outcomes, she thrives on building high-performing teams and strategies that help make innovative medicines accessible to more people.
